Some books just make you giddy throughout and that was this book for me. The writing style and tone was absolutely wonderful and I stayed up way late because I couldn’t put this down. I was hooked right from the very beginning with that very tense opening scene and the world-building related to bonds, plus my curiosity about what the hell was going on with Oli, made it so I had to read this in one sitting. I picked up Broken Bonds because of the cover and I want to hug myself for it.
